So, managed the whole day yesterday with no snacks...yay!
Things I've noticed, I don't drink enough water, I eat when I'm bored , I'm bored A LOT!
Had a more substantial breakfast today - wheaties and banana - no sugar.
I'm out with Jools at lunchtime so will need to be careful - although should be easy with her as she's being careful just now too.
I think the plan will be to post every day this week to get into the habit - then cut back to twice weekly.
I'm thinking about photos too....thinking of the guy who done his face everyday for 6 years....imagine my amazing shrinking belleh!
Lunch was a success in that I didn't have any rubbish - a bottle of pepsi max and a portion of pre-packaged citrus fruits. Only problem is I'm frickin hungry now! gonna make pork steaks for tea, with couscous and tinned veg- I think there's only corn left :(
Trip into town was also a success as I cariied Joe around in his baby carrier for an hour - whoa he feels heavy!
...also , the hair today? does not look as good :(
