3 good days in a row, 4 months ago .... and boy what a spectacular fall off the wagon - I did actually struggle on deluding myself for a bit that I was doing OK, but the fact is my baby is six months old and I'm still wearing maternity clothing. have agreed with Dave to go strictly paleo for the month of January, with a break on 23/01 (works xmas night out). Still feel too big to physically do excersise, but have got some Wii stuff to get me started.
Here's hoping that 2011 is my year x
