lol - bet I'm no saying that by day 10! so far so good, have never felt I'm missing out, couple of times I've felt hungry - but realise that's ok. I'm sticking to a 3 meal/2 snack combo.
I've realised I'm an awesome cook - yatta!
I walked past the scales in boots today and was really tempted to get on them....but gonna wait and see what happens Monday x
Nothing exciting to report - just plodding on, not feelin' hard done by, will have the weekend, weigh in Monday then report back x
