week one over....

and not a single cheat or fail!
 WAs  a huge deal going round the supermarket today and realising just how much junk i used to pick up, bread and bakery products, cake, puddings and biscuits. Never in huge quantity....but certainly a lot more than I thought.
I decided that as I don't do well with failure, I'm not gonna weigh or measure again till the end of the month -0 that way if the week to week is slow I'll not get disheartened.

The plan this week is to reduce portion size and introduce exercise ...Jillian will be my co-pilot for that x
